Burton Announces Goat Caravan to Make Stops Across the State to Demand the Shutdown of Millstone and Indian PointGreen Party of Connecticut Nancy Burton for Attorney General October 31, 2006 The Green Party campaign of Nancy Burton for Attorney General will take a "Goat Caravan" to stops across the state during the week of October 30-November 3. Accompanying Burton will be Katie the Goat and her twin kids, Cindy-Lu and Joe-Joe. Katie's milk is used to monitor strontium-90 releases from the Millstone Nuclear Power Station. The message: strontium-90 in milk is not good for baby goats or human babies either.
